Stephen Park is the Garvey, Schubert & Barer Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Global Business Law Institute (GBLI) at the University of Washington School of Law. His research focuses on international economic law, financial regulation, sovereign debt, corporate compliance, and sustainability and human rights issues in business. His scholarship has been published in the American Business Law Journal, American Journal of International Law, Boston College Law Review, Harvard International Law Journal, Journal of International Economic Law, Stanford Journal of Law, Economics & Business, and Yale Journal of International Law, among other scholarly outlets.

At Georgetown Law, he is a Visiting Scholar at the Institute of International Economic Law and an Affiliated Scholar with the Sovereign Debt Forum and the #PublicDebtIsPublic project.

He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a M.A.L.D. in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, & Economics from Yale University.
