Whether that’s the case concerning the national economy will be the topic of a day-long conference at Georgetown Law on Friday, September 28. “Ten Years After the Financial Crisis: Closing Loopholes and Avoiding Blindspots,” with a keynote by Sheila Bair, former chair of the FDIC, will attempt to answer the question of whether the economy is headed for another fall.
