Application Process
All applications must be submitted through OTP’s online application system. Click the link below to create an account and complete the application requirements.
Note: If you have already created an account for another semester abroad program, you need to do so again. Instead, use your email and existing password to login and start a new application.
Application Timeline
- March 1, 2026: Application Deadline
- March 10, 2026: Deadline for OTP to notify applicants if their Semester Abroad application to Keio Law School has been conditionally approved
- Because Keio does not confirm how many students they will accept from Georgetown until March 15, applicants are strongly encouraged to apply to more than one program. Initial acceptance by OTP for this program is conditional pending Keio’s confirmation of available seats. Students may be permitted to pursue a place in a another program to preserve the possibility of studying abroad, until places in the Keio program are confirmed.
- March 31, 2026: Deadline for approved students to submit secondary application materials required by Keio (details will be provided to approved students via their online account)
- May 31, 2026: Deadline for Keio Law School to notify students if they have been admitted to the program
