Peter E. Harrell is a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown’s Institute of International Economic Law. Harrell has had a diverse career across both the public and private sectors and currently serves as an attorney advising companies and investors on international legal, regulatory, and geopolitical risks, including economic sanctions and trade compliance matters.

Linda Jeng is a Visiting Scholar on Financial Technology and Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown Law’s Institute for International of Economic Law, and Chief Legal & Policy Officer at Aave Labs. Previously, she was a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke Law School, and a Bank for International Settlements Research Fellow.

Stephen Park is a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown Law’s Institute of International Economic Law and an Affiliated Scholar with the Sovereign Debt Forum and the Garvey, Schubert & Barer Professor of Law at the University of Washington.

Him is a Senior Managing Director and Counsel of K2Integrity. He helps private and public sector clients solve business, legal, and policy challenges arising from geoeconomic risks, with a focus on sanctions, anti-money laundering and corruption, investment security, trade and tariffs, export controls, and a broad range of global economic issues involving international institutions such as the World Bank and IMF, climate finance, and sovereign debt matters.

Peter Jaffe is the former General Counsel of the Millennium Challenge Corporation and a recognized expert in international law, foreign assistance, and anti-corruption issues. He has held senior roles across the U.S. government, including at the Department of Justice and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and practiced at leading international law firms. Peter has also served as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of a global energy company advancing economic development and sustainable infrastructure worldwide.

Daniel Heath directs projects and conducts research on the political economy of trade and finance at Georgetown Law.

Rosine Plank-Brumback brings over 30 years of experience in international trade and development policy, trade negotiations and dispute settlement within international inter-governmental organizations and U.S. government and diplomatic service.
