Marcie Poulos Barese is a Manager in the National Tax Services office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Washington, D.C., where she advises clients on corporate tax and consolidated return matters. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Barese served as an attorney-advisor with the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate), where she worked on issuing regulations, private letter rulings and provided litigation support.
