Richard P. Dulik

B.S. high honors, M.S.E. in Computer Engineering, Case Western Reserve University; J.D., Yale. Professor Dulik operates a patent consulting firm. He is a registered patent attorney, and his areas of practice include patent prosecution, counseling biotechnology and internet start-ups, technology exports, and licensing. He served as a Foreign Service Officer with assignments in various countries in the Middle East. He is a computer engineer and has managed research and development programs for the federal government. Professor Dulik also served on the National Research Council's Committee on Utilization of Technologies Developed at Russian Research and Educational Institutions, holds an Amateur Extra Class FCC radio license, and provides sound system support and consulting to the local theater community.
