Georgetown Law Open on Time
The Law Center will open on time, Tuesday, January 27, 2015, but liberal leave is in effect.
All designated emergency employees must report to work on time. All other employees may take unscheduled leave, but should contact their supervisor to discuss the needs of their unit and individual circumstances. B.S., Cornell; J.D. Georgetown. Professor Ellenberg is currently a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft specializing in the areas of insolvency and bankruptcy. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Professor Ellenberg was law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Flannery of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. His experience includes the A.H. Robins, Zenith Laboratories, Geneva Steel, Jitney Jungle, Winstar, Enron, Northwest Airline, LyondellBasell, Lehman and Rescap bankruptcy cases, as well as the Mutual Benefit Life and Confederation Life insurance rehabilitations. Professor Ellenberg has been on the Law Center's adjunct faculty since 1991.
