B.S., Cornell; J.D. Georgetown. Professor Ellenberg is currently a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft specializing in the areas of insolvency and bankruptcy. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Professor Ellenberg was law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Flannery of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. His experience includes the A.H. Robins, Zenith Laboratories, Geneva Steel, Jitney Jungle, Winstar, Enron, Northwest Airlines and LyondellBasell bankruptcy cases, as well as the Mutual Benefit Life and Confederation Life insurance rehabilitations. Professor Ellenberg has been on the Law Center's adjunct faculty since 1991.
