B.A., Washington University; J.D., University of Missouri.Judge Firestone is a judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.Previously, she served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division.She was an administrative appeals judge for the Environmental Protection Agency from 1993.Before joining the EPA, she held several positions at the Environmental Division of the Department of Justice, where she was deputy chief of the Environmental Enforcement section.Judge Firestone also worked in the Appellate section.She has been an adjunct professor at the Law Center since 1985.
