Richard W. Gibson

A.B., Fordham; J.D., Catholic University. Professor Gibson is an attorney at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) where he represents the IBT before courts, administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals.  Prior to working in-house at the IBT, Professor Gibson was a partner with the law firm Beins, Axelrod, Gleason & Gibson, P.C. , where he represented numerous labor union clients  in a wide range of general civil litigation as well as traditional and non-traditional labor law matters in the construction, maritime, manufacturing, trucking, and warehouse industries.  Professor Gibson has been on the Law Center faculty since 1994.
