Graham Green is an Attorney in the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel (Financial Institutions and Products). Previously, he worked as an Attorney-Adviser to Judge Joseph H. Gale of the United States Tax Court and as an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where his practice included tax controversy matters and the taxation of financial products.
