Prior to that, he was Senior Manager with Ernst & Young's National Tax Department in Washington, DC. As a manager at Ernst & Young, he specializes in United States taxation of financial products and institutions and represents major investment banks and financial institutions in the United States. Prior to joining Ernst & Young's National Tax Department, Professor Keinan served as an associate with Shearman & Sterling and with Ernst & Young's tax department in Israel. Professor Keinan has written several articles on taxation and has taught at Harvard International Tax Program, Kennedy School of Government, and School of Arts and Sciences (Department of Economics).
