Throughout her career she has represented multinational companies on inbound and outbound transactional tax and controversy matters. Her practice covers a wide range of international tax issues, including subpart F and foreign tax credit planning, foreign joint venture structuring, cross-border structured finance, and U.S. income tax treaty issues. Ms. Majure has written several articles and is a frequent speaker on these topics, and previously taught Advanced International Tax in the GULC LL.M. program.
