His expertise spans global tax restructurings and complex treaty issues. Professor Moens has spoken about the indirect foreign tax credit for the FSC/DISC Tax Association as well as giving several presentations on current international tax issues. He has also been an associate with both Kirkland & Ellis and Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York.
