Professor Moens is a Principal in the Global Structuring/ Inbound Tax Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Washington, D.C. He advises large foreign multinationals on their U.S. acquisitions, financings, refinancings, and licensing transactions involving several countries. His expertise spans global tax restructurings and complex treaty issues. Professor Moens has spoken about the indirect foreign tax credit for the FSC/DISC Tax Association as well as giving several presentations on current international tax issues. He has also been an associate with both Kirkland & Ellis and Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York.
