Kirk Ogrosky

Professor Ogrosky served as the Deputy Chief for Healthcare Fraud in the Fraud Section, Criminal Division at the US Department of Justice, and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of Florida.  As the head of criminal healthcare fraud prosecutions at DOJ, he coordinated the investigation and prosecution of healthcare cases across the United States.  He is a criminal defense attorney whose practice focuses on health care fraud and abuse.  He is currently a partner in the White Collar Defense Practice at Arnold & Porter LLP.  From 2000 to 2010, he handled federal jury trials of 37 defendants including the six-month trial of one of the largest healthcare fraud conspiracies charged in the United States.
