Professor Reedich is Special Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He provides legal and interpretive advice on corporate finance, disclosure and rulemaking issues. Professor Reedich co-led the SEC’s 2008-2009 shareholder proposal task force and 2007 executive compensation review team. Professor Reedich previously served as Legal Counsel to SEC Commissioners Cynthia Glassman and Kathleen Casey. Prior to joining the Commission, Professor Reedich was an investment banker with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and a senior associate in the corporate and securities group at Hogan & Hartson LLP.
