Brad H. Samuels

Professor Samuels practices white collar criminal defense at McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP. Mr. Samuels represents a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to individual criminal defendants facing a variety of issues, including investigations under the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Anti-Kickback Act. In addition, Mr. Samuels has defended clients in all stages of criminal prosecution, including preliminary hearings, trial, appeal, and post-conviction proceedings. Prior to receiving his J.D. from Georgetown, Mr. Samuels worked as a professional musician for seven years.
