TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 9:00 AM UPDATE: Georgetown Law will open at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, with liberal leave in effect. The Law Library will open at its regular hour. All in-class exams scheduled to begin at 9:00 am will begin at 1:30 pm.
All designated emergency employees must report to work on time. All other employees are expected to report to work by 11:00 am. Employees may take unscheduled leave, but should contact their supervisor to discuss the needs of their unit and individual circumstances.

Professor Stark is a Partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP, which merged with McKee Nelson in 2009. He focuses on federal tax controversy and litigation matters, including a substantial focus on transfer pricing, with significant additional transfer pricing experience in the context of planning and documenting internal restructurings. Professor Stark previously served as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he litigated a broad array of tax issues in the federal courts and received the Tax Division's Outstanding Attorney Award. He is a frequent speaker on tax controversy and litigation topics, and is an active member of the ABA Section of Taxation.
