Prior to being Special Counsel, she was Assistant to the Branch Chief of Branch 6, Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International). She was also Acting Deputy Associate Chief Counsel (International-Strategic Programs). She has been with the IRS Chief Counsel’s office for over 8 years. She is the primary co-drafter on both the section 482 temporary and final transfer pricing services regulations. She received her law degree (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University School of Law and she holds an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC and Texas. Before joining the Service, she specialized in international tax at the National Tax offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.
