Ryan Taylor

B.S., Stanford University; M.S., Stanford University; J.D., Harvard Law School. Ryan Taylor is Legal Counsel at Palantir Technologies, Inc., a software company in Palo Alto, CA. Prior to working at Palantir Technologies, Professor Taylor was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Covington & Burling LLP. Professor Taylor also clerked for the Honorable David O. Carter in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Professor Taylor was extensively involved in the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School during his three years at the school. He was a member of the Negotiation Workshop teaching team for two years and he taught in Harvard's Program of Instruction for Lawyers for three years. Professor Taylor was a Harvard Negotiation Research Project Law and Negotiation Research Fellow. He also co-founded and co-chaired Harvard Negotiators, which is a group dedicated to providing law students with hands-on and research experiences in the field of negotiation. In addition to his teaching experiences at Harvard Law School, Professor Taylor has taught negotiation workshops and seminars for various private and non-profit entities.
