Professor Tucker is a Partner at Venable, LLP, where his practice encompasses an entire range of subjects including mergers and acquisitions, entity planning, structuring and formation, asset protection and preservation, business transactions, family business planning, and wealth preservation. He served as Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation from 1998 to 1999. Professor Tucker is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Massachusetts School of Law. He is on the advisory boards of both Real Estate Taxation and Practical Tax Strategies. Professor Tucker lectures frequently on tax matters and served as a Professorial Lecturer at Law at George Washington University Law Center from 1970 to 1990.
