He practices in the areas of international trade remedies, investor/state arbitrations, multilateral negotiations, joint ventures and trade legislation. Professor Verrill is an active member of several professional associations including the Court of International Trade Bar Association and is the President and Member of the Board of Trustees for the International Law Institute and the Board of Visitors for the Duke University School of Law. He was the recipient of the 1993-94 Charles Fahy Distinguished Adjunct Faculty Award.
