B.S., J.D., cum laude Georgetown. Professor Warren is Vice President, Government and Regulatory Affairs at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Previously, she was the Director of Telecom Policy and Regulatory Affairs in the Space and Strategic Missiles Sector of Lockheed. She also had served in several positions at the Federal Communications Commission including Assistant Chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Senior Legal Advisor in the International Bureau. She has served as an adviser on numerous US Delegations to ITU and other international organization meetings.
