Professor Wolfe is a Senior Trial Attorney in the Disability Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice where she conducts litigation under Titles I, II and III of the ADA. She also worked on subject matter issues for the Department’s recently issued Title II and Title III regulations. Ms. Wolfe joined the Department in 2003 through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Prior to that she served for three years as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Melloy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
