As Chief Counsel, she reviews all regulatory and legislative initiatives, handles all appeals to the Commission of administrative enforcement actions, and conducts international cooperative enforcement operations of the enforcement division. Prior to working as Chief Counsel for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, she held positions as the Acting Director of Enforcement and Deputy Director of the Manipulation and Special Operations Section within the CFTC.
