Michael Doran teaches courses in tax, property, jurisprudence, and Native American law. His research focuses on tax policy and legislative process. Doran previously taught at the University of Virginia School of Law. Before entering academics, he practiced tax law in Washington, D.C. and served in the Office of Tax Policy at the U.S. Treasury Department.
