Emily F. Epstein

B.A., Connecticut College; J.D. Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Epstein specializes in negotiation and communication skills training, facilitation, and mediation at Insight Partners, Inc. For nearly a decade, she has taught conflict management skills to executives and professionals in a wide range of public and private sectors, including financial services, law, insurance, health services, construction, real estate, education, and scientific research. Her work spans the globe, most recently including Tokyo, Italy, Ireland, the Ukraine, Bermuda and Brazil. Her speaking engagements include Harvard Law School, KNBR Radio, Northeastern University, Connecticut College, the Théâtre de la Paupière, and dozens of law firms. Professor Epstein has provided conflict resolution services through a variety of organizations, including Gregorio, Haldeman & Piazza; the American Arbitration Association, Mediation Works, Inc.; the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center; Berkeley Dispute Resolution Services; and Community Boards of San Francisco.
