B.A., William & Mary; J.D., Catholic University. Professor Fisher has served as an Associate Judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia since 2001. Previously, he was a partner at Fisher & Hansen and a supervising attorney and adjunct professor for the D.C. Law Students in Court program. Professor Fisher has recently served as a Distinguished Jurist in Residence at the Peking University School of Transnational Law, he has lectured at continuing legal education programs for the D.C. Bar and Georgetown, and he has served on the faculty of the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Workshop. He has been an adjunct professor at the Law Center since spring 1987.
