He is author of many scholarly articles on legal and political philosophy, constitutional law and theory, and legal education published in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Venezuela. He is co-editor of Alternative Methods in the Education of Philosophy of Law (and the Importance of Legal Philosophy in the Legal Education) (2010) (with Gülriz Uygur) and of Law, Liberty and the Rule of Law (forthcoming 2012) (with Kenneth E. Himma) and co-founder of the Journal Problema. Anuario de Filosofía y Teoría del Derecho, which focuses on Legal Philosophy and Theory. He has been Fulbright Scholar in Residence at Ramapo College of New Jersey, Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School, Harvard University, and at Honors College, University of Houston, and Professor of Law at Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London.
