Edward M. Gleason

B.A. magna cum laude, Fordham; J.D. cum laude, Dickinson School of Law. Professor Gleason is a partner at Beins, Axelrod, Kraft, Gleason & Gibson, P.C., where he represents national and local union clients and multiemployer employee benefit plans in maritime, construction, warehouse, and trucking industries involving traditional and non-traditional labor and employee benefit matters. As General Counsel for the National Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association, AFL-CIO & District No. 1-PCD, MEBA, Professor Gleason represented the national labor organization (NMEBA) and its largest affiliate (D1-PCD) in all legal and related matters. Professor Gleason previously was a partner at Mooney, Green, Gleason, Baker, Gibson and Saindon, P.C.
