Securities and Exchange Commission, where she is presently serving as a Special Counsel in the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to that, she was associated with the New York law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where she was involved in their transactional securities practice. After graduation from law school, Professor Griffith served as law clerk to Chancellor William T. Allen of the Delaware Chancery Court.
