Michael R. Hatcher

A.B., Dartmouth; J.D., Georgetown. Michael R. Hatcher is a partner in the Corporate Diversity Counseling, Government Relations, and Government Contracts practice groups. Professor Hatcher provides counseling and crisis management services to Fortune 500 companies seeking to enhance their corporate diversity performance. This representation includes reviewing and assessing existing policies and procedures, interviewing corporate officers, and recommending changes in the structure and management of diversity programs involving employment, procurement, economic outreach and business partnering, government relations, community relations, and philanthropy. Professor Hatcher also works with client executives to advance client interests before Congress and the Federal Executive Branch, as well as before elected and appointed officials at the state and local levels.
