Daoud L. Khairallah

Licence en Droit, Lebanese University; M.C.L., LL.M., S.J.D., University of Michigan. Professor Khairallah is adjunct professor at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. He is Of Counsel at the firm of White & Case LLP. Professor Khairallah was Deputy General Counsel for five years at the World Bank and prior to September 1994 he was Deputy General Counsel at the International Finance Corporation Legal Department, an affiliate of the World Bank. He has been an adjunct professor in the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies at Georgetown University, and an occasional lecturer on project finance at the International Law Institute.  He is an adjunct professor and teaches international investment law at SAIS, Johns Hopkins University. He has also lectured on international law and international organizations at the Lebanese University.
