Mark L. Kovner

B.A., Brandeis University (Honors in Economics); J.D., Georgetown (Editor-in-Chief, Law and Policy in International Business 1988-89). Professor Kovner is a partner in the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington D.C., where he handles a broad range of antitrust matters.  His practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation, clearing antitrust-sensitive transactions through U.S. and international antitrust reviews, and antitrust counseling. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown since 2001.
