Joshua A. Levy

A.B., Masters in International Affairs, Columbia; J.D., Michigan.  Professor Levy is a partner at Stein, Mitchell & Muse, LLP.  He is a trial attorney, whose practice includes white collar criminal defense, congressional and internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.  Previously, he served as counsel to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, as counsel to Senator Charles E. Schumer of New York, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Joan A. Lenard, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  He was also an associate at Arnold & Porter LLP.
