John M. Ratino

Professor Ratino is Director at Goulston & Storrs. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, real estate development, finance, real estate investment trusts, joint ventures, capital markets, asset acquisitions and sales, corporate restructurings, workouts and business transactions. Professor Ratino has advised a variety of public and private companies in connection with these matters. His experience covers virtually all sectors of the commercial real estate industry, including retail, office, hospitality, resort, multi-family, industrial and specialized use properties. He also has substantial experience representing creditors and debtors in complex bankruptcy reorganizations. Professor Ratino earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from Catholic University, where he was a member of the Board of Editors for the Catholic University Law Review.
