Professor Rozdeiczer is currently President of the Mediation Center at the Arbitration Court, Polish Chamber of Commerce, General Counsel of Batna Group Ltd., and a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a mid-size company. He is also Lecturing at the School of International Arbitration at the University of London. Before rejoining practice Lukasz was a Consultant for the World Bank advising on introducing ADR methods to various countries, as well as an Associate and a Senior Hewlett Fellow on Law and Negotiation at Program on Negotiation, Harvard Law School, where he co-taught Negotiation Course, helped design and teach Multiparty Negotiation Advanced Course, and was a mediation trainer at Harvard Mediation Program. He published in many scholarly periodicals, including: Harvard Negotiation Law Review, Negotiation Journal and Dispute Resolution Magazine. He is also a co-author of a Workbook on Multiparty Negotiation. Professor Rozdeiczer’s current research focuses on mediation in commercial disputes and transactions including corporate reorganization and international transactions, as well as designing and introducing dispute resolution and negotiation systems to various countries. Professor Rozdeiczer practiced law in international law firms in London and Warsaw, and was Advisor to the Secretary of State of the Republic of Poland.
