Subcommittee of the Criminal Litigation Committee of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and served as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice. Mr. Scheininger was a co-recipient (with John Hayes) in 2002 of Georgetown's Charles Fahy Distinguished Adjunct Professor award.
