Professor Visek is an Assistant Legal Adviser with the Office of the Legal Adviser at the State Department. Previously, he worked at the Justice Department , where he advised on overseas legal assistance programs, as well as worked on environmental and constitutional law issues. He also has taught International Law, Comparative Law, and EU Law at Tartu University in Estonia. Professor Visek has authored articles on citizenship rights, European community environmental law, and immigration-related employment discrimination.
