Georgetown Law Open on Time
The Law Center will open on time Monday, March 2, 2015, but liberal leave is in effect. All designated emergency employees must report to work on time. All other employees may take unscheduled leave, but should contact their supervisor to discuss the needs of their unit and individual circumstances.

Jacqueline Zins is an attorney specializing in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as well as the design, implementation, and administration of mass tort settlement programs. She has worked with Feinberg Rozen, LLP for the last twenty years in the design, implementation and administration of mass tort settlements.She served as Deputy Special Master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001; Deputy Administrator of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility; Deputy Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation, Department of the Treasury; and Deputy Claims Administrator of the Virginia Tech/Hokie Spirit Fund. Professor Zins has also designed and implemented alternative dispute resolution programs for mediation of insurance claims arising out of Hurricanes Katrina, Ike, Gustav, and Sandy.
Professor Zins received her JD from Yale Law School and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University. She clerked for Judge Whitman Knapp in the Southern District of New York.
