Professor Davis is a Director at Jackson & Campbell, P.C. a general practice D.C. firm with offices in Maryland and Virginia, where he concentrates in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration and fiduciary litigation.  He is a former President of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia and former member of the Board of Governors of the District of Columbia Bar.  Professor Davis is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and a member of the ACTEC D.C. State Committee, the D.C. Estate Planning Council, the Advisory Committee on Probate and Fiduciary Rules of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association.
