Professor Goldstein is Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Comcast Corporation.  Prior to joining Comcast, Professor Goldstein was Vice President, Federal Regulatory for NeuStar, Inc., and served in a range of positions at the FCC. He was Senior Legal Advisor to FCC Commissioner Michael J. Copps, Legal Advisor to Commissioner Susan Ness, legal counsel to the FCC’s Common Carrier Bureau Chief, and an attorney in the Policy and Program Planning Division of the FCC’s Common Carrier Bureau. Before joining the FCC in 1996, Professor Goldstein was an attorney advisor in the Office of Chief Counsel of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration. He also previously served as law clerk for the Honorable James B. Loken of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Prior to attending law school, Professor Goldstein worked on Capitol Hill as a policy analyst for the congressional Arms Control and Foreign Policy Caucus and as a legislative aide to Senator William Proxmire of Wisconsin.
