Jennifer Sturiale is an Associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation involving antitrust and intellectual property matters.
Professor Sturiale received a B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University and a J.D. magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an Executive Articles Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
After graduating from Georgetown, Professor Sturiale served as a law clerk to Judge Robert A. Katzmann of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She then joined the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Professor Sturiale returned to Washington, DC and the Law Center in 2010, where she was a Law Research Fellow until 2012, when she was awarded an LLM. During her time at the Law Center, Professor Sturiale co-taught Property. From 2012 to 2014, Professor Sturiale was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at George Mason University School of Law where she taught Civil Procedure and Intellectual Property.
