As the founder of Climate Sirens, Rania leads an award-winning social enterprise that integrates economic empowerment, technology, innovation, and sexual and reproductive health rights education. Her work emphasizes sustainable solutions rooted in indigenous knowledge and feminist values. She also co-founded the Young SWANA Feminist Collective, advancing political empowerment for women and girls, and serves as a co-leader of the Girl Up Arab World Coalition. Rania’s leadership and contributions have earned her recognition as a UNICEF Morocco Climate Champion, a UN Women National Gender Justice Advocate for Morocco, an Aspen Institute Climate Future Leader, and a UNESCO Women Pioneer in MENA Peacebuilding. To date, she has mobilized over $100,000 to support young women in the SWANA region as they navigate conflict and crisis, providing legal assistance and resources to those facing violence.

Aspiring to attend law school, Rania aims to use her legal expertise to advocate for women’s rights and protect women and girls from violence on a global scale.
