Constitutional Law & Theory
Georgetown Law delivers an unrivaled experience for students and scholars in the area of U.S. constitutional law.
Located just blocks from the U.S. Supreme Court, we are literally at the center of the country’s most engaging and often contentious constitutional debates.
Our constitutional law faculty exemplifies the school’s commitment to both theory and practice. Many faculty members have litigated constitutional cases, and a number have argued before the Supreme Court. Because of our location and international reputation, Georgetown Law also regularly hosts talks by Supreme Court justices.
